Splash / drain well dimensions.

Hi,
I am changing the transom on my boat (a Shetland 535 Suntrip) so the transom is full height with just a cutaway for the engine.
I don't have an outboard for it yet, so was wondering if anyone here with a 70ish hp engine could give me a rough idea of the dimensions necessary so that the engine can fully turn side to side and tilt forward fully out of the water (as I hope to keep it in the marina).
Or if someone has something simlar in Sunderland marina maybe I could come down and measure it?
I know I'm asking a lot, but thanks in advance!
