fished pier for a couple of hours with sid blank first 2 casts two size cod then quiet then sid blank woke up and got a double shot of the tiny,est cod you could ever see, plenty mac being caught dont know what people do with a bag of 30 odd fish . cheers jamcod

nice session there boys ,me n me pal had a quiet session away from the piers a quiet mark in the wear that ya dont get anyone about we took 40 flounders between us in 5 hours fishing there was quite a few just under 2lb

Hey jamcod was that you I spoke to fishing the slab? I was fishing the blocks with my spinning rod and caught fifteen mackie. Had two of them on the barbeque that afternoon coated with balti spices - bloody lovely! It amazes me how many lads fish for mackie for bait but don't eat them - they are a lovely eating fish. Anyway, it was a canny session with not too many mongs on the end though there was a group of three drinking cans of Fosters when I arrived at 9am!!

plenty of smaller codling kicking about at the minute mate well done

i had 2 nice ones off north shileds quay on saturday falling to crab baits

seems ive gna end up catching more cod this summer than i did all last winter

was after 9 when we arrived thunderpants but i did see a group of five that came of the pier later on that were mortal drunk with a seat box full of mac and swearing there heads off takes allsorts i suppose shame the fish will prob get binned ,cheers jamcod
