me and goose had a shot at the 42 1/2 mark the day, started at around 10:00, couldn't believe the gate was open though no real reason for it to be shut

so good start not having to lug the gear around it. ting bites from the off and we pulled a few decent ones in then at half way up gets a mega slack liner and -



lucky to get it in as it hung me up but took the pressure off and it un snagged itself

the rain stopped which made things better, got some more small stuff and then just before high water another slack liner -



This one clean hooked so hoyed it back to fight another day.

Then on last chuck caught a cormorant, luckily when pulled onto the pier it freed itself and done a one ok.

Nice one gordon. I've just got in from a few hours on the end with mark, we only had a few whiteys, not much else getting caught.
