Hi all,
Me and mate fished the pier this evening at 43, it was
like that film the fog with bodies appearing out of nowhere:o
Blew one of me reels up and also had a pack of dodgy batteries but managed to winkle this little fellow out-

Not the rod bender i expected after the bite but made me happy as first of the season and it went back OK. Pretty dead for us anyway and when I managed to snag up on the other reel decided to call it a night. Canny few on the pier so hopefully there may be some decent fish caught tonight.
Bait used was frozen peeler and just the one fish:(:D:D

nice one gordon should of been up the end could you not hear us singing l think just about every one had a bit sing along did you notice how warm it was:D

If I'd know yous were doing a gig on the end jim a would have been straight up mate, couldn't hear owt, must have been the fog dampening the sound like:D Yer it was warm, bit of a pain as the rod and reel were drenched with condensate all the time, bit like fishing in the p****g down rain:D
Was anything doing off of the end mate?
