Bad crack mate, better luck next time. I think the car park charge goes from £3 a day to £1 a day from 1/11

Unlucky mate. Same happened to me last week at the pier. One night lost loads of gear and no fish. Next night a few fish and never lost a thing. That's fishing eh?

Yeah that's fishing and like the lads say the car park charge goes down next week to a £1 I'm going to get a permit in January £52 for 12 months, feeling a bit happier now after having some tea

i fished the pier yesterday had 9 fish codling, whiting ,dab, pout whiting,and coalfish biggest was the codling of about 1 1/2 my mate had a codling of about 2 1/2 he also had a few fish inc.. a really good whiting with 1 eye the sea was just getting itself away fished all day with the same sinker makes a change
