alreet gav st abbs head the light house theres a mark to the left of it called crocs rock easier trek down but if you travel south of the light house about 50-100 yards theres marks there bit more of a trek down than others but can be some great fishing once you down there i find fishing a hour or 2 before low water till top the tide fished best crab baits is best for wrasse on lighter rod ledgering close in using a 2/0 hook and drilled bullet lead ,also float fish for pollock or spinning with lures ,bottom fish with bigger rod using pulley rig you will get cod and wrasse coalfish and other species that are feeding around last year i took a surprise wolfish also known as a catfish by many best fished on a flat sea and dont attempt these climbs when its wet it can be very dangerous and the rocks are slippy

took my boy once with the intention of fishing crocs back,no flipping chance.perhaps if my name was bear grills, fished the divers platform instead lot safer.

When I went I thought or was under the impression is wasn't to bad, 4 cramps in my thigh just getting back up the bloody "hill" lol.
Saying that its mainly walking, 1 gap that looks alittle doubtful but its perfectly fine, its the step of faith rather than our leap. put your foot out and fall forward lol..
We didn't have that much biting (or rather I didn't) but if you could choose a place to blank, that would be the place. oh yeah and the rock are really slippy when wet as said, so be safe

its a place you need to be careful going down at ,fishing some days you might win , some days its a hit and missy the same mark as never produced a blank for me , calm weather will produce depending on the type of fishing you try
flat sea is a must for several days beforehand
