Fished St Abbs Head yesterday from the good old dinghy got up there for around 8am sea was flat first few casts Me & Dave were catching macky which were thrown back. A bit later we tried the island for a hour which shows on low water where we got even more macky & Dave also got a few sandeel then we got back in the boat Dave landed a nice cod of 2.5lb with macky still showing I eventually pulled up a coalie of 1.5-2lb approx. Used spinners & daylights all day good day in all.
