Hi guys,

Was wondering if any of you lot fish St Marys? Was thinking of giving it a go with a spinner, any recommendations? Can you fish it at low water? Don't fancy getting stuck for 8 hours if there are no fish lol

a few people fish it last time i heard there was a few codling caught dont no about spinning

you get pollock around st marys so ah would say its worth a bash mate. me mates had them to 8lb fishing on the bottom.

dont worry about being stuck for 8 hours, its only about 3 , and its kinda nice ,,, spin at high tide in the gully, north of the lighthouse casting towards Blyth ;
