fished the island on Thursday from2pm till 7pm.tried 2 spots,got nothing from the pilar,not even a knock but from the left corner of the island casting n/ne was getting a bite a chuck.nothing big with the best about 1.5lb,when I put him back he went belly up and a gull came down for him,couldnt get him down so tried to peck it to bits.used fresh blacks-rag-frozen crab and muscle.even with big baits on a 4/0 the little codling were taking it down
