what is fishing like a st marys island i no its a low water mark and am guessing its snaggy but what gets caught there
cheers curtis

Not much at the moment mate but In winter mostly codling and coalies.

Summer you will get codling, coalies and wrasse. Your right tho it is very snaggy there. Just use light gear and fish the gulley's for wrasse in the summer.

i was told to fish the south east coener at low water casting south east species to catch codling and wrasse this came from an england team angler.

i believe or there used to be a stone pillar stands there thats the place to fish obviously expecxt tackle loses.

can you fish it at high tide and just come off at low tide? or does it have to be low because all the rocks?

a only really fish it at high water, personally had better fish and more fish, if a get sick a just wade or plodge back across causway:o:D
