fished steetly yesterday from 12 to 6 loads of lads on but not a lot of fish about,managed 6 half decent whitys so i did,t blank , best moment of the day , a young lad about 10 or 11 was fishing near me with his dad ,only had a little pier rod but he managed to hook and land a 2 and half pounder his face was a picture when he was reeling it in.it was the only codling i saw landed all day.

We heard it was a 15lber that was dropped on the lift Paul but TBH I think its the same big fish story that comes around when the sea is running.

Well done, i was there at the same time, very poor day, 6 small whities for me, all were thrown back very poor size. Back to work on monday so next fishing sessi.on will be friday night.

Hopefully the catches will be better
