Does anybody know the crack about the Steetly pier? You used to need a permit to fish it. Is it still the same and if so, where do you get one?

hi yer no permit needed but is abit unsafe now the bagavons set fire to the end a few boards missing olong the pier so care is needed.apart from that there is some good fishing when hit right
