Well set off at 7.30am straight from a 11hr nightshift, stopped for mackerel outside the piers and picked up a right old mix of species, pouting, mackerel,whiting, red gurnard, sandeel, coalie, weavers and cod.

Anyway off we wnet to a few 4-6 mile wrecks, fishing was hard going due to fast drift but between me and big sid we landed...

7 ling
2 cod
3 coalie
60ish mackerel
6 whiting
4 pouting
5 weavers
1 sandeel
1 red gurnard

Best fish around 7lb

Most reports about the same i.e not much doing.

I am going red gilling over rough ground sat no wrecking so see what the results are,

Yer i offered what it was up for in April but not heard yet as owner away until Monday and broker cant make that call.

Nufc it was on my own boat.

So the search continues but i am in no rush as still very happy with mine.
