Hot water with lots of washing up liquid in , bucket , 2 guys , 2 pairs of rubber gloves. Soak rudecer/butt in the hot soapy water for about 10 minutes or so (this will dissolve any dried out salt). Dry it off put on your Marigolds and hang on to the reducer get your mate with his gloves on to rotate the butt , he needs to grip it as far away from the reducer as possible to get a bit of torque into the glass while pulling away from each other. Make sure nothing behind you is breakable when you fall flat on you butt.
