posted on 3/10/2004 at 10:24Got up early and decided to pop down to the beach for a short dawn session.. 2 rods, one out long, the other closer in... Was barely a ripple on the water and no sign of any fish until just after the sun boiled over the horizon, when a small Dab took the bait on the close in rod. Stayed until about 07:45 then headed home.
Was a lot of gulls around sunrise, dive bombing like crazy so there must have been something there for them to feed on...
Ahh well, sunrise was amazing this morning so it was well worth going down
