posted on 28/2/2004 at 01:44Just got back and having a coffee so thought I would post. Caught a couple of small codling from the north end of the beach and lost a couple of pretty decent ones. Very dissapointing as the sea was still pretty good. There were a few decent codling from the pier during daylight hours, but only a couple of two and a half pounders caught after dark according to reports. Used all the usual baits (except liver) will try again next week.
