nathenlads, back up to hartlepool from bradford monday night, me and bigun(also known as finn)had high hopes of a cod or two,but no such luck, fished from 5am untill 1pm and had only a few whiting to talk about although they were a good size and will be in the pan t,nite. bigun also got a few and a couple of small flatties (returned) Joined by a couple of lads about 7-30 pm, they had fished the prom near the hough, and seaton carew prom but nowt doin there either.still thouroughly enjoyed it though, but we are suffering t,day, our old ladies think we are mad to start fishing again at our age. Got told someone had been washed off the rocks near redcar and lost at the weekend, but have read nowt in the papers, anyone heard owt ? sad if its true. catch you all later.
