NOW THEN LADS, ITS A WHILE SINCE I DID A REPORT, SINCE WEVE HARDLY DONE ANY FISHING DURING THE SUMMER, SAVE FOR A TRIP ON THE GORDN CUBBINGS WHICH FINN REPORTED ON, MYSELF,FINN,CONGA AND SHEARSY,MADE THE NEAR 200 MILE TRIP ON FRIDAY, NIGHT AND HAD A GOOD DO, WITH PLENTY OF WHITING TO BE HAD, MYSELF GOT 15,WITH 14 PUT BACK,FINN LANDED 11 PLUS 1 FLATTY, WITH ALL PUT BACK SHEARSY DID EXACTLY THE SAME CATCH AND PUT ALL BAR 2 BACK AND CONGA LANDED 6 AND TWO CRABS, WITH ALL PUT BACK,THE CRAIC WAS GOOD, PLENTY OF HUMOUR,BIT OF A NORTH EASTERLY WHICH DIED OUT ABOUT 2 AM, BUT A GOOD NIGHTS FISHING ALL ROUND, GOT BACK TO BRADFORD AT 6AM, TIRED YES,BUT CONTENT, GUD NITE ALL. FISHY.

WHATS all this shouting ??
it might be the two pints we had in the small crafts club before we went on the pier ??
all in all 6 hrs of good company and decent fishing;
with two lads who had not been out on a pier before;
both of which caught fish !!
we are now planning our next trip up from BRADFORD in approx 3 weeks
( 200 mls round trip is hard to plan for four working people )
so with luck further reports to follow
