Decided to fish Seaton Beach, one hour after high back down to low water, gave up after four hours. Result one undersize codling and a flattie Had two good rattles that never came back. The sea was flat although the wind felt as though it was swinging more north west. No other anglers down, just as well.

Very frustrating mate. It's pretty much the same on the beaches up here. Maybe if we get a good easterly blow for a week or so we might get some decent fishing. Here's hoping.
