Sugar Sands 15/12

1st post but been reading for a while.
Only been fishing for a few months and getting to like it a lot (kid free zone).

I spent a few hours fishing off the sand at Sugar Sands on Sunday PM.
Flat sea and no wind.
Only caught one fish. 10oz pollock hooked on a muckle cocktail.
Was hoping to catch a few but took off just as the heavens opened.

For reference, the gate to the beach is now locked at 4pm.

Welcome to nesa its a good mark to fish but better with a northerly sea running and over low water nottoo big of a tide can weed up bad tho but you got the option to fish either side of the bay and the next bay round to the south called " howdiman"
