Yeah we had a club comp 8am till 3pm, wasn't too bad by lunch time.

The angling chairman asked the smallest boat (us on the Arvor 19) and we decided it was fishable.

Not too good, took a gamble on a spot of ground which has been fishing well all week, but it wasn't what we were hoping for, we ended up with about 5 fish each.

Arr the sea is fine man caught this 32lber at 7am today, thats Marsden in the back ground honest

Bit of inboard engine trouble Richy see you have the auxiliary Outboard fitted on the back

LOL... probably the only time this year i have geared myself up for an early start, but when i looked out the window at 3.45 and saw it raining and the trees blowing, it was a quick visit to the loo and back to bed....

Got to admire your will power to get up at that time Norm....

Sunday?

Jumped on a charter boat at Hartlepool , went out about 3/4 hr and skipper decided we were going back in.

Yip me too. Took the advice and didn't bother today, hopefully the end of week looking a lot better

Yer not a nice sea, i was down to fire the boat up after 16 days of none use and the wind was blowing hard, not many boats out and the only boat i seen moving was on its way back in at 10.30am to the words it naughty out there.

Roll on Friday, sat,sun...time to start fishing again until the next holiday in a couple of weeks stops play again for 10 days

Bad return to the north east boat fishing for me, Friday knocked on the head today and i think i will call off sat n sun due to wind...sea will be ok close in but rather not fish than do rough ground so its looking a weekend scaped
