bit confused on sundays forecast wind wise it looks to be a blinder day but then magic seaweed is giving off 5ft swells the days before its strongish wnw winds so why such a big swell ??

XC Weather at the mo has got F4 NW up to lunchtime Friday, variable F2 to 3 Saturday then variable next to nothing on Sunday.
Agree I can't see where the 5' swells will come from either, not that I'd mind as I'm fishing the Help for Heroes match that day.

been looking further north IE Aberdeen etc to see what the wind is doing up there as that's where our seas tend to come down from and it's blowing a hoolie (according the forecast) in a N/Westerly direction...
...that may be where the forecasting is coming from - best bet is to keep checking the webcams up until the weekend
