Sunderland Open Details?

Tickets are now on sale in local tackle shops for this year’s Sunderland Shore Angling Festival taking place on Sunday 4 November (2 to 6pm). Entry is £12 all classes of which £2 will be paid out for first, second and third heaviest single fish. First prize will be £500, second £300 and third £200. There will be a supporting prize table worth over £4000. For the heaviest flat fish three is a Cono-flex Flattie Fanatic Plus valued at £265 built in red and white livery with SAFC club badge (not so great if you are a Newcastle fan!). Boundaries are from South Shields Pier (included) in the north to Seaham North Pier (excluded) in the south and west up to the Queen Alexandra Bridge. Anlgers may fish in public access areas only. Registration on the day is at The Welcome Tavern in High Street, which is also the venue for the weigh-in which will take place between 6 to 6.45pm.
rules
out of bounds ....roundhead of roker pier ,end of old north pier, comerants at mouth of dock,all of hendon docks ,the blocks at end of hendon wall ,roundhead of shields pier
boundries-south shields pier including pierto seaham north pier (excluding pier) river wear upto queens alexandra bridge
only 1 fish per angler
bag n car searches may be carried out during comp ,refuse to compliy result in disqualified
any one found taking cars onto cliff tops at ryhope or marsden again disqualified

yep there would be a few dandruff sanwiches getting hoyed about if theres any hanky panky or magic bags of flattys appearing especially when the weigh in is down hendon

Only 500 for first this year a got that for 2nd place last year think am gana win it this year always a excelent prize table like !

WRONG....Am ganna fish there.That's where a got,thanks for the loan of the big buckets me 46 flatties are still nice and fresh mate a think il fish at crinkly bottom then no one knows where i was lol

sorry a cant say im a filthy stinking rat scumbag,av pinched the bin from ryhopes comp after weigh in on tuesday aswell[chrissy swapped me it for a jason donavan video] now so all thats goin in aswell me massif mixed bag will make me look the dogs bollockshahaha do koi carp count
,ps al av to go am away to somerfield for me 10 litres of frosty jack
