Sweat dreams are made of these. April 9th

Paul, thats the one it came with when I bought it with the boat, but last week was the first time since I bought it that i've tried to push it hard,so the prob might have been there for a while.

Might be worth while talking to your local dealer for the area you live, tell them what the problem is the make and model of outboard, may well be worth jotting down the size of prop you got on at the mo,it will be etched into it somewere, hope this helps.

Hi King-cod-col, yeh, it was a good day. I think if I stayed a bit longer i could of had a few more, as i had fish on my last drop, but didn't want to take too many.:D

Hi, just curious as to the prop problem, did you find out any further info.

cheers paul

Hi Paul,When I got the boat back from Reiver, he said he found some dirt in the carburetters, but wasn't able to run the engine in the tank at the revs needed to test it, plus it wouldn't be under load. After a trial at sea, I found it was no different.:( I was talking to Chris,Terry and Bob who both have boats in Sunderland marina, and they said there's a lad there who is a wizard with engines, so will probably get in touch with him and leave the boat with him to hopefully sought out.:D.
