Went in to a tackle shop again on dean road south shields & walked out this man has got a problem don't no what it is but he should give his self a shake ?

same thing has happened to quite a few anglers, so your not the first and certainly not be the last ,

my post from a year ago ---------i dont know terry woods my only contact with him ive bought a few off zziplex of him i have heard bad reports about him but on sat i went to his shop to buy some flies i asked him how to use them he spent 30 mins explaining them how to cast them how deep ect all for a £9 sale well done terry

Terry sorted out the sticking spigot on my kompressor free of charge. I've never had a problem with him.

Look lads everyone doesn't have to have a smile on there face everyday I bet working in a demanding shop could be quite hard on people if ur not happy with the person serving you should have taken it up with them not. Public site can be very damaging to the shop I've had nothing but help off terry

Only ever been in this shop once, to get bait as my local shop was sold out, and had a good crack on with him. Seemed a canny fella & the bait was spot on. It's a bit out of my way to get to this shop but would have no qualms about shopping here again.

I take people as I find them. I've always found Terry to be a straight talking, honest bloke. This thread looks like sour grapes to me.

I've used Reelsport for all the time I've been fishing, I've found Terry to be nothing but genuine and very helpful. His fishing knowledge IMHO is second to none, my son and all his friends use Reelsport for all their fishing stuff aswell and regularly go in for their bait without any problems.

I wonder why a person would create an account on here yet only ever have negative posts (4 posts in total )regarding Terry and his shop.

I do think tackle shops can sometimes come across as "clicky",i think you have to persevere,and i think you will find looking back that it wasnt so bad,and you will make some good friends and contacts.
