Thinking of buying these for next season - my current (more expensive) salopettes have finally given up the ghost after 3 years of abuse...these look like they could be a winner, especially when you look at the cost

aye Ray - was thinking of heading out into the Baltic Sea in search of multi legged treasure

Been a bit of a "round the houses" looking at various types of salopettes over the last few months and for cost vs durability I don't think you can go wrong with these...I get all betty from the current ones so can't see that changing

im currently using ocean bib n brace they expensive but canny lasting, it think betty swollocks is a bit of a built in hazard with most of that stuff

I got a soaking yesterday so I'm on the look out as well.

They got some in Caleys for £43 quid.

Viking Rubber Co bib n brace about the same from Arco but may be able to get a bit discount through work.

I'm looking to get a pair of these Tony:

I can vouch for the coat; been using one this winter & kept absolutely bone dry & it's lightweight enough to roll up & shove in your pocket. Going to get the salopettes as well after getting drenched from the waist down last time I was out in my current ones - you can get them at ID in Byker, rrp's only £29 so well worth it after a bit discount

They do heavier weight stuff as well, but I like the lightweight stuff for summer use.
