Know the feeling well,i went through the council leisure services had a local councilllor on our side and got nowhere,security and health and safety will be the answer everytime,even a injury disclaimer was thrown out as once they allow someone on the dock estate,they are responsibly for that person whether they like it or not ........

There's summat fishy gannin' on down there. Does Kevin know why they've (permanently?) chucked all the small boats out onto moorings in the river?
