jonny there is definately a bit missing out of your cousins reel ,hope this link helps - got nowt even with fresh crab- if the fish are not out
there it makes no differance what you use.

no its part 19373 it pushes onto the end of your spool after having had a look at your reel i reckon it wasnt there when your lad bought it - they dont fall out even if it has been took apart- so i would tell him to contact Poigndexters and ask for one- if he still wont budge because of \"his policy\" not to refund because of credit card transaction get the Credit card company involved as you will have some protection from them, -BUT DONT FLY OFF ON ONE when speaking to the tackle bloke be calm and POLITE - you will be suprised how far that gets you - but if he doesnt budge get your Dad to ring the Credit card firm
