the heugh 10/10

fished the heugh today from 11in the morning to 5 in the afternoon, good sea running yet a nice calm day, perfect conditions , about 18 rods out, bait used blacks ,peeler,rag ,clams and squid.fish landed 2,6inch coalies and 1 undersized codling and that was the lot, not for me but everyone fishing,hope the fishing picks up a little during the next few months.

you are spot on there mick ,moved to the top ledge out of the way of all the crossed lines and flying leads .

I was there then. I was fishing on the top wall about 25+ yds from the end. We had 2 small codling and 2 tiny coleys and a tiny flatty. Conditions looked ace and I thought with all the people on the pier there was gonna be some decent fish pulled in, never mind tho, there's always next time
