Yeah but when people who deliberately infect others with HIV get three years, kidnap and abuse children get five years, what do you expect? 450 quid was probably the whole library not just a book
Otherwise innocent people who do 33mph in a 30mph zone at 2am or put the wrong type of rubbsih in a recycling bin are easier to catch. You catch 10 motorists, 100% clear up rate, can\'t catch 100% of all proper criminals that easily.

I drove into a speed trap at 11:20pm last night, on the Jarrow road, on my way home from work. £60 fixed penalty and 3 points on my licence as, according to the copper, the road is very busy and there has been some near misses recently at the Bede\'s world junction.

Funny, I never saw another car pass us in the 20 minutes he took to write out the ticket
