Had a walk up to the shelves tonight with the kids and father in law to see if we could catch a glimpse of the dolphins that have been around lately, water wasnt as clean today as it has been but had a quick bash with the daylights, managed 3 mackerel in about 45mins, kids getting bored as cudnt see any dolphins so left, lovely night could have stayed til darkness, left happy and father in law even happier as had some fresh supper!!

Hi mark, yeah defo up for a bit fishing, just bought myself a boat and pick it up next weekend so hoping to get it into a marina for next season, hoping to get some inshore wřeck marks and get out more next year and you and lyn are more than welcome to join, send my regards to the other half and hope alls well

Wow, a boat Chris! I'm soo jealous!

Look forward to seeing the pics once you pick it up.

Lynn and I would love to come out on it next Summer!

Haha should have some pics up next weekend, gona be next season when gets full use as its on trailer at the minute so probs only get out couple times before the winter gets in, with a bit of luck il have plenty cod filled wrecks for you guys to visit lol
 
welldone on the fish you had chris and some time with the family .and congrats on the boat aswell looking forward to seeing some pics and hopefully the odd report soon ;)
 
Cheers trev! May see u out sometime in the near future, probs not too far as need to get to know how to use the nav and finder after I try and fit them lol all new to me but got to b in it to win it!

haha havent even sussed how to fit mine yet or use it but if ya catching fish theres nee hurry yet :D

if ya find how too al kidnap ya how too soon cos ya never get any offers for help to show ya on here wrecks are top secret :D ive just gone out and tried without and im learning every time :D

just thought i wud ad another 2p worth wrecks are like restraunts full of food easy pickings and load of gatherings but rough ground is just far few between :o

Thats it like trev but nowt better than being right on top of a jam packed wreck lol gona have to get few skipper out on the lash and bribe few longs and lats out of them lol like gold dust nobody likes sharing

Edit: Well done on the macky, was around that area the other night with craig not a fish caught between us.. Had a corker bite but I missed the fooker
 
nice little session there chris i was down the wherry giving the plugs a go this morning water was manky nowt showed apart from a load of kelp

I mate ur more than welcome, its winters boat ive bought, hes working away all time now so hasnt got time for it, few people fishing there tonight nobody had anything while I was there, was a bloke on the point had 1 just before I got there but that was it, canny spots along there

Whats it like for the float at the wherry mate? I know the bottoms a Kemp bed thinking may b good for odd pollock

Spot on Chris, chuffed to bits for ye mate. Was out the weekend with Peter, some nice Cod/Ling brought in, i got a 8lb Ling.
Helped Peter to fillet macky for bait etc, told me i could fish. Every time my line was in the water, someone got snagged so Peter pulled them out. Waiting for my P45. :D:D
