The middle toilets at blyth

Alright guy's and gals,

How's it going looks like there has been some good catches, I am looking for some info on the mark at blyth known as the middle toilets:question::question::question:
I've only ever fished blyth pier and just to the left hand side of the pipe towards whitley bay is this the right place or do i need to go further towards whitley:question::question::question:

you want to be past seaton sluice along from the Astley pub about half a mile past going towards blyth south beach

Park in the big carpark next to the toilet block on the road to Sluice.

Go along the path onto the beach and you will see a pipe, go left back towards the pier anywhere from the pipe along. There is a sandbank that you need to get onto at low water and you will then see another sandbank you can cast into the channel between the two or if you have a big cast chuck over the 2nd sandback.

2 hook flapper rigs work best for me here and lug/crab are the best baits at the moment.
