the mighty SAFC

back on topic sunderland were by far the better team and deserved their win but to be fair arsenal where shocking, its the worst arsenal team i have ever seen i look forward to playing them after the derby.

Club finances in the black, or very nearly, and a team doing well when they "shouldn't"

I'll take that any day thanks...Mike Ashley can do what he likes as he owns the club. The people getting all het up about NUFC business are, as usual, those from another postcode LOL

I say again...I don't know half of what goes on at SAFC as you boys seen to know about Newcastle

Nope both set of supports are as bad as each other Tony there go on about each others clubs.

Am the same as you mate all i know about Newcastle is what i here on the news

As you can imagine, being a lifelong ACTIVE Sunderland fan born and still living in North Shields I get quite a lot of "banter" both friendly and otherwise.
Knowing facts about your rivals for me is part of the banter, otherwise how do you reply?

For example when I get "We beat you's 5-1...." I reply quoting their record away defeat.

well what can i say,ARSENAL were blown away by the mighty sunderland, lookin fwd to the draw this afternoon.our little brothers up the road are very quite again,no wonder no chance of silverware this season lads,we'll just fly the flag for the northeast my little MAG friends.:):)

Reg Vardy to the Sunderland band wagon. The wheels are coming off. :D

Doubt it, he supports Liverpool :D

My thoughts exactly, least we suport our local teams. Whether we win anything or not that brings more joy and passion then "supporting" a team via internet streams and skysports.
