The Pilot Today

Fished the Pilot today from 12:00 until 4pm had 1 very very small codling (Rag worm was bigger) and a small whitey, both returned alive and well for another day. The weather was clear but you could see the snow clouds heading for the north Yorkshire moors, I could also see about half a dozen lads on the heugh, but don't know if they faired any better then myself.
Sorry its not a better report but at least i didn't blank.

ther was nout on the heugh either me cousin was on ther very poor.

think we need some more big seas but at the moment its hit and miss oh well wer goto keep trying anyways

I was on the Heugh and ended up having virtually it to myself-it was that poor. Sea looked excellent. Had to hold my breath a few times when the waves from the big tide came right up the side of the pier.

I must admit Mick i did think the Heugh looked abit lively .
