The pumphouse.

Keith and I fished the pumphouse at Cullercoats last night. Keith had a couple of Coley's, the second one just size. Unfortunately I blanked but it was nice just to get out again for a few hours. We were both amazed at how mild it felt after the snow on the morning but it was just because there wasn't a breath of wind.

There was one other lad fishing further along the prom but he didn't have any luck either, despite going through loads of different baits, after reading Sless's thread for last night perhaps we should have used Rockling :D :D :D

There should have been four of us but two of them woosed out because of the weather :D :D :D not mentioning any names though. :D

Well done for getting out Jim and well done to Keith on catching :D

Ali, big girly woose married to an even bigger woose :p:D

well done for trying lads cheers for the report, at least both of you's didn't blank, i'd be happy just to see a fish rather than see two people blank

Cheers Jim,

It was a canny night to be out & only one set of lost gear.

The first coley had to be the fattest I've ever seen, Jim commented "That's a fat little f***ker" but not sure if he was talking about me or the fish. :D

Nice to hear ya getting out fishing Jim shame on the blank but ya out trying thats the main thing. well done on the coleys Keith.

Lol Keith, your comment about it looking like a Scotchy were not far off the mark either mate.

Cheers lads, I feel pretty rough today and can hardly walk but it was worth it just for getting out there. It was nice to fish a mark that neither of us had fished before too.

Jim.

Well I will definately be there Sean, as far as the fishing goes I won't really know until either next Friday or possibly even saturday. I can't make any long distance plans at all in case I can't walk mate.

Jim.
