went down for a couple of hours fished pier first but nowt much happening caught 3 whitys pouting and a dab fished the walkway 1pm till 4pm nowt but small whitys and one sized dab l fish with a couple of my mates richy and mark as we where leaving one of the residents kicked of as my mate had parked his car on the estate just as you go in turn left he park on the right he was'nt blocking anybody in but this fellow came out and said he could not get his car im being ornest you could of got truck through my mate replyed theres no way im blocking you in the bloke replyed im getting police im sick of all you fishermen im gonna have the fishing stopped l pull up next to marks car thats how much of a gap there was l lived at the back of the market some residents kicked off there it was only hand full as for the rest they were'nt bothered just some residents think they own the estate and as for parking anybody can park were they like as there are no permit holders down there just resident with heads up there own ar-es all this peeing and rubish theres no escuse for that but l think there just getting picky now he was lucky my mate did'nt crack him one as he has a short fuse im glad he did'nt cause he would of had the police round and had him arrested he just drove off

you know what cheeses me off more than owt else is that why buy a bloody house in a popular fishing spot its always been there even when l was a kid the old velva and if im rite it was stated that they made the walkway for acces for anglers as it was know'n as a popular fishing mark

some people just aren't happy unless they got summit to moan about,i bet its the same tosser keying the motors down there.
sounds like one of my neighbours who does'nt own a car or have a drive way on their property but complains when people park on the street out the house

your rite there the gateman on shields pier said there had been a complain about the lighthouse light shinning there window you have gotta laughaye they be winging about the seagulls plopping on there winda,s next or them new bulbs put in shining in there windows from tynemouth pier lighthouse
yes jim i was speaking to him last monday night nice bloke he told me about it he also has a nasty cut on hes head from a careless angler

I fished the walkway friday night, my mate was also fishing, guy came out of his house and threatened to knock him out for parking on the estate. A major row started and the guy said he was going to call someone to come down and sort hime out, we were there till 10.00pm no one turned up. This rersidents house was away from the steps down to the walkway and lived no were near were my mate had parked. My mate was not blocking anyone. I don't normally park on the estate but had no choice friday as I could not get parked anywhere else. I parked under the archway, no other cars where parked there. P***k who threatened my mate then moved his wifes car of his drive and parked exactly opposite me so the road was blocked. Another resident came and asked if I would move my car back as a lady could not get to her house. I explained there was no other cars there when I parked, he acknolwedged the guy is just doing it to cause trouble, he was a nice guy and lives alot closer to the walkway. just goes to prove not all residents are out to cause trouble.

your right mate it one particular bloke who is causing all the aggro he has room for 2cars outside house and expects a third for parking, i think its
for his son who is also a A******* i think the way to go is get the police involved and explain the situation that most fisherman are responsible and park sensibly and it is this one particular resident who is going out of his way to cause trouble , because before long theres gonne be one angry angler who will not put up with this blokes antics and the unfortunate angler will only get himself in trouble and we all dont want that as it will reflect on all anglers just like we all are blamed for all the rubbish and bad parking that go on, so it s down to all anglers to behave in a resonsible way and give this A******* no grounds to blame us
