Fished said venue last night from 6pm - 23:00pm with Lenny, we used some frozen peelers we had. We used squid and macky cocktails tipped with half peelers, I got a 40cm whiting on my first chuck, then nowt at all, all night for either of us.
As soon as the flood started the seaweed was horrendous, I had a knock and brought in a cracking 5lber of weed.
Still it was a glorious night, seen plenty of undersized fish getting thrown back in and the odd sized whiting, flounders and a codling.
