The walkway catch report with pics! 30.08.13

Headed down tonight for around 6, nothing for the first few casts then a small flattie and whiting (I think). It was absolutely blowing a hooligan so I was contemplating leaving but thought no ill stick it out and had 2 very small codling once it started getting dark. Had another 2 which were bigger but still not keepers. All in all a good night out, bit chilly like lol. All fish returned safely. Ill add some pics to this thread now as I'm on my iPhone, fingers crossed it works.

It just started to drop off but was still quite bad like. Could be a sea on mate aye, hopefully it won't be too long for the bigger fish to come in.

theres being some canny cod coming in at my end for about 3 weeks m8 a few 3-4lbsers with the od 5-6lber hoyed in not be long cod time and frosts cant wait

Canny session mate, the Walkway can be a horrible place to fish when those westerly winds are howling down the Tyne but at least you got a few out for your troubles

Great session mate. The walkway can be a cracking shot on the smaller tides.
