Hey all any chance of someone giving me directions to the walkway in south shields, cheers all.

On the A183 sea front road, head for South Shields. Keep on the sea front road and head for the Groyne which is a small jetty at the end of the estuary beach. The Walkway is just a short distance up river from here.

go to shields sea front, follow road north, turn right next yacht club park on left hand side bout 100yds walk and there it is approx 250 yd prom, and if right place you should see north shields fish quay straight across river

dont forget pack plenty leads and rigs if going on a big size tide
