was going to go boat fishing last week, crap weather so a no go, then i was going to try this week maybe friday but looks the same, fingers crossed again might try early next week

yeah no what you mean mate I was supposed to be going out on a boat at the weekend but it looks like it might be cancelled it was going to be my second boat trip out as well. typical the wife bought is a new rod and reel as well so I was looking forward to using it.

Tomorrows forecast looks good, ut its whether there will be any after effects from todays wind. Im hoping to get out tomorrow, but if there is even the slightest swell its too much for my small vessel.

I think we will have a canny roll from the south in the morning, just been done the sea and its rough but met says dropping off to slight Thur.

I am waitng until the 7pm update before saying i or naa

Got a trip booked out of Hartlepool Thursday so hoping the weather is ok as it may be the last chance I get to fish for a while.

Well just decided to give it a try on Thursday, 8am start and hope that forecast is wrong and its a slight sea at worst.

Report 10am if no good and 7pm if good :)

Went out today ...but you really did not want to be there..

Was very glad to be on the boat we were and there was not another boat to be seen.

For an up to date sea conditions based on what we saw to day the wind held at between 20-30 mph SE all day rising to 38-40 at times ...the sea is rough....Our boat out of hartlepool was cancelled for tomorrow ...but all respect to the skipper of the JFK who was going out with a mate for a spot of pleasure fishing with a mate at 3pm this afternoon.

If your reading this ...sorry for the wait on the fuel berth! It takes a while to fill up at that pump ...particularly when then they put in 6230 litres!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats 6.5 tonnes of fuel !!

We actually had a meal and a cup of tea while filling and still had to wait 15 mins for it to be full!

Cheers
Dave

Yer i seen the weather today on the web cams, seemed to flatten off around 7pm..hope so as heading out in the morning but i think its 50/50 if we can make it past the mile mark.

Just had our trip out of Hartlepool cancelled for Friday. The skippers must have lost a fortune this year with the number of days lost to the weather.

the pattern sames the same as last week only difference is the smaller tides, i just f hope its ok after the weekend, least i got a few tattoos to do to keep me busy otherwise

Well west winds this weekend it says so hoping to make it out both days.

Onto plan C now as leaving plan B alone for a couple of weeks :)
