The weekend for me

Well do appologise for the delay had a canny weekend but will have to tone it down now for abit runnin short of passes out now LOL.

Fri night tried Lynemouth but weed too much so went to Blyth beach and blanked but it was good to meet a lad Squiddy I think.

Saturday hooked up with Mick (Casper71) dug some canny lug and headed onto cambois pier at about 5pm nowt in daylight but steady away once dark see below

Mine was the fish on the right I put my last one same stamp back as lipped and full of life, Mick took the two on the left. Had a cracking laugh as well with Mick and the two lads that came on abit later I was gonna put a lighter next to fish for Richie but didn't have one LOL

Fished the Newbiggin comp up at cullernose and one more codling 1.1lb size it won me a spool of 30lb LOL

All in all 3 sessions for me and totally enjoyed it bit knackerd now like!!

My count is now 39

it's ok mate did squeal didn't I LOL for others I nested up just after full till throw and snapped 30lb line over my thumb ooooow!

great stuff Ivon, I lost a beauty up there last week,cullernose, nowt all night then at 11pm I turned around and my rod was pulled onto the rocks with the rest so picked it up and must of wound 50 yards of slack, pulled the lump half way up the gulley in the middle then a swell pulled it from the hook.
