down saturday and caught 22 macki between 3 of us and gave to welsh guy hes there too day he says poor bugger caught 1 but went home with big tea

were you fishing south sheids pier or roker? just I am going to either one of them tommorow I havent made me mind up yet which one

Its strange as i could see them pulling them in from the pier Sat but on the boat fishing only 200 yards away we got none and only 2 all day.

They seem to be sticking close in but when you get in the river mouth my fish finder goes mad, looked down and it was a wall of sprats that lasted from the mouth all the way to the walkway.
