Tied me first fly

next seasons killer pattern -

The Mackem Baldy

a wet fly along dry fly lines, wet cos you\'d need a lifejacket to make it float

My latest looks like Boris Johnson :o

does anyone know the safest way to remove a whipping tool from the end of a nose?

I tied a cork headed muddler type fly with a painted white head, pink body and fluffy pink marabou tail.
One of my mates christened it the Barbara Cartland.

Explosion in a wig factory ..WTF. Our lass is still laughing at it! She has mounted it in a thing on the mantlepiece.

Charlie if you ever need a bit advice or tuition on the tying front more than willing to oblige. If you can drag yourself to Whitley Bay each lesson will cost you a can of Miller :)

Started tying trout flies over 40 years ago but tend to do more saltwater stuff now. :D
