Gents anybody got the lowdown on this mark please?Ive only fished the North pier (on left as your facing the sea) and had no luck, however I know it can fish after chatting to lads on there.I would normally fish the doctors house or the black hole but the weather and the age of my father (70) is making me err on the safety side with the weather and wot not.If anyone has any good ideas for a safe mark other than Craster (no getting cut off by the tide etc) it would be much appreciated. Its my first chuck in home waters for 6 years after living abroad, ive got two days...........a couple of bites will be enough to keep the fires burning. Its forecast Southerly on Monday if that helps ring any bells re marks that show in that weather.Have a top boxing day chaps!

think these southerlys will be strong.

I would reccommend seahouses pier at high water on these conditions and your situation. And parking near by.

just a bit further up the coast:exclam:

the last bit of the pier casting north east is the place to be

if still at craster m8 just try a chuck behind either of the 2 islands (muckle carr & big carr) or below both pier's chucking in the gully in the mouth between both islands.
or if good sea running from the south try newton point off the left skeer (pern carr) chucking in2 the big bay.
or even beadnel off the point, just a shot chuck north. or the skeers (lady's hole or knacker hole).
