Well i have a new love in my life (not a mistress before you start) which is photography and it has really taken off. Do i sell all my boaty type fishing gear as need a top end flash gun or keep the boat tackle in the garage gathering dust and only come out once a year.

Jason keep your gear, i've already made that mistake and now i'm looking for a rod, believe it or not when i sold mine i bought a Canon 550D

Its a sell but i do hear what you are all saying but can not justify it all sitting not doing anything when i need a new flash gun. Need to work out what i have got but will not be splitting it all.

if needs be sell, but for good price, then once your flash gun is purchased make sure you get a money box & pay into it weekly a steady amount & in no time the funds will be there for the fishing gear! to some this may sound daft n stupid but if you stick to the plan n dont dip into the jar then it works out good on both fronts!

lol - would only buy another lens or something. The photography is already starting to pay so it is a means to an end.
