Thought the toon did canny the day, only listened on radio on ssp like but not bad 10 man effort against 11 men + a flesh chewer

they played well then we went down to ten and played even better a FOUR one never thought we would get a draw after the sending off

Dummett must be on cloud nine tonight, got to be a dream come true for any lad scoring your first goal for the club you grew up with. Be nice to see him get a game next sunday.

Ive never seen so many foul throws in a game go unpunished, unless they, ve changed the rules.(LIVERPOOLTHAT IS)

very good game today was a tight game I thought.
next week derby the way Sunderland have been playing Newcastle look the better side after what I seen today on both matches.

Was just typical of us though, we can put in some really good performances and raise the game against teams like today.

But games like Hull at home where we are clear favourites, and we lose??

Bloody football:(

Credit where it's due, cracking result with 10 men.

Bit of a soft penalty as well.

The penalty was soft but it was still a penalty, Gerrard could easily have picked up a second yellow early in the 2nd half, would have been soft but could easily have gone. We just about bossed the first 40 mins without totally dominatiing, best i have seen them for ages, great work ethic and attacking ambition, to be honest I wasn't looking forward to sitting through another 0-6! Remy was excellent as were all the lads, cisse didn't get a game, and rightly so, and a great save by Mr Krul from suarez free kick in the 96th minute, last kick of the game! and there was only supposed to be 4 added minutes......

Great result with 10 men for 50 mins, Liverpool weren't as good as i expected, but that probably had a lot to do with the toon work rate.

bring on the derby, form book out the window, but the mackems are in terrible troube now and look woeful, a win by 3 or more goals is what i want to cancel out last seasons nightmare........
