my led lenser h7r packed up the last time i used it, it is just 2 years old and had snapped the wires which come out of the battery pack (common fault). rang gerry's of morcambe where it came from, they couldn't help as it was over 12 months old, they gave me their supplier's number, water line? anyway they couldn't help,they gave me led lenser's direct number. the lass on the phone couldn't have been more helpful, apparantley they have had a problem with these, she took my name and address, and she is only sending me a brand new headlight out free of charge, along with a prepaid bag to return my old headlight. the fact it was just over 2 year old didn't matter although they only have a 2 year warranty. now that's what i call excellent customer service.

if anyone else has a broken led lenser i would give them a ring as i'm getting a brand new headlight for the sake of a 2 minute phonecall! happy days.

Ive got one with two loose wire in the battery pack but strangely it still works fine. Is this the same fault mate???


it sounds like it mate, but mine stopped working totally. Now i get a brand new 1 free gratis! well worth a phone call i would say
 
same happened to my led lensor h7r wires snapped in battery pack so i used an old hong kong phewy battery pack and just joined the cable to that to led lensor

Cheers for the phone number mate, rang them 3.45 today, told them mine was nearly 3 years old and guess what, they are sending a new one. That is EXCELLENT customer service
