There's possibly a quicker way to do this but this will definitely work:
In your photobucket library click on the picture to open it. On the right hand side there should be a list called "Links to share this photo". At the bottom of the list is IMG. Hover your mouse under the word IMG until you see the pointer turn in to a hand. Left click and the IMG bar should go yellow and say "copied" for a second or so. Now just go to your post, right click and select paste. You should get a long URL starting and finishing with IMG. To check the photo is really there select "preview post" at the bottom of the page and it will appear as it will on the forum. If it is right just select submit reply and it should be there...
