what a great success it was, the entry figure has been revised and i am pleased to say it was upwards. Because of this, with the raffle and money from the rod Bob auctioned it is etimated that just over £5,000 will have been raised.

365 fished, 123 weighed in 138 cod (many between 5-7lb) 130 whiting, 7 coalfish and 28 flatfish for a cracking 482lb 10oz

Tony caught his fish at Newbiggin Cliffs area, dont mind results being posted anywhere else. I wanted that tin of biscuits for my grandson, he loves Homer Simpson.

It was a pleasure to take part in such a big event even if I blanked well done Tim & Alan, your organising was brilliantly done & u deserve a big slap on the back for getting this thing done
