1st question

wheres a good place to dig rag cos atm i am diggin it from a place at hartlepool.


2nd question

my m8s dad went fishing on his boat the other day and caught some mackerel and there was no scales on them but when i catch them from a pier there is loads of scales

If you want some rag you can try down at the fish sands next to the pilot pier.
I just buy a fivers worth these days from the Friarage-easier on the back.
There wasn old guy on the pier last winter had some lovely rag. He said he dug them up at the mouth of the river at the Tees. The road leading up to the chemical works near the power station.Went up with some digging gear for runny down but could,nt find rag or runny.

Re your second question don,t know. Do know the shore caught Macky seem a lot bigger.
 
sand point,sunderland .behind the petrol station near the mariner .never dug there since last year so dont know if its been hammered lately,and used to get some biggins too.




and its a graveyard for forks too

I'm not 100% sure but I don't think your allowed to dig there anymore.
